ESSENTIAL — Core maternal support for all employees on leave. Includes: structured programs (pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, sleep, mental health, return to work), bilingual EN/FR support, employer dashboard.
PROFESSIONAL — Essential + full AI care team access (10 experts available 24/7), advanced usage reporting.
CORPORATE — Professional + BLOOM flagship program for designated high-performing and leadership-track employees, dedicated account management, custom onboarding.

All plans include: employer-validated access (no open consumer sign-up), secure HIPAA-aligned data handling, and quarterly utilisation reporting.

Is there a self-serve consumer option?: No. Promoted to Mom is exclusively employer-sponsored. Employees access the platform through their employer benefit programme.
How is pricing calculated?: Pricing is based on active workforce size, number of employees on leave at any time, geographic footprint, language requirements, and selected plan tier.
Is BLOOM available on all plans?: BLOOM is available on the CORPORATE plan and can be added to PROFESSIONAL plans for a specific cohort of employees. Contact us for details.
Is bilingual (EN/FR) support included?: Yes. All plans include bilingual English and French support at no additional cost.
